Latex Modified Concrete Products

We offer a variety of high performance latex modified concrete products to fulfill project requirements.

Type I – Latex Modified Concrete

  • Closures: Long-Term Closures (One Week+ & New Construction)
  • Overlay Cure Time: 4 days (2 days wet / 2 days dry)
  • Strength: 3,000 psi

Very Early Strength – Latex Modified Concrete

  • Closures: Overnight/Weekend Closures (Combination)
  • Overlay Cure Time: 3 hours wet
  • Strength: 3,000 psi

8 Bag Type III – Latex Modified Concrete

  • Closures: Weekend or Less than 2 days Closures
  • Overlay Cure Time: 24 hours (1 day wet cure) or 3,000 psi
  • Strength: 3,000 psi in 24 hours / 4,000 psi in 28 days

Type III – Latex Modified Concrete

  • Closures: Short-Duration Closures (Less Than One Week)
  • Overlay Cure Time: 2 days (1 day wet / 1 day dry)
  • Strength: 3,000 psi
